i want to talk about motivation on industry

to me lah, good motivation when at work is when there is many people doing their work + boss giving the opportunity and guidance to improve the workers to work harder,

to me lah, working environment is so important....we tend to malas2 when there is no people around our office (bad,poor,worse environment)...

boring office - no people, no motivation, no everything~

..hopefully next time i get other job that has eggcellent environment..
